I absolutely love the Peaceful Mind, Gratitude Journal! The cover artwork is simply awe inspiring. This journal is ideal for personal growth and development as it helps me focus on the positive aspects of life which in turn increases my overall feelings of happiness. I've never kept a journal before but I find that in doing so I am contributing to my personal growth and development. Journaling helps me reflect on things I am grateful for on a regular basis.
